As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, Nathan combines his expertise in strategic planning, team development, and organizational growth to help leaders achieve extraordinary results.

Nathan’s journey in leadership began in the nonprofit sector, where he developed a passion for helping teams thrive through collaboration and innovation. As the Executive Director of HOPE Calloway, he has spearheaded impactful initiatives addressing homelessness in his community. He also co-founded Fulcra Leadership Group, where his focus is on equipping leaders with the tools and strategies needed to scale their businesses, strengthen their teams, and achieve lasting success.

Nathan’s dedication to empowering others extends beyond his professional life. He is the author of Lead Together, a book that emphasizes the power of collaboration in leadership. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership, and training from the Harvard Business School Online CORe Program, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every client interaction.
